Az cooked pancakes for breakfast - just like he did for our birthday when we lived in Sydney. Both of us had calls and texts from home then spent an hour chatting to Nanna on the phone. Great hearing her voice.
Because the weather was great we spent the rest of the day outside with the kids but also Az showed me how to up-load my photos on an external website in case my computer dies (touch wood - have photos backed up on USB's but since taking in high resolution, I am using so many of them!).
Az, Emma and I headed to Chelsea to Tom's Kitchen for dinner - when first told about this place I was informed that the head chef was from Scotland and his surname was Kitchen...since found out this wasn't the case so I think there was a bit of confusion (sorry James!) Anyway, it was a great meal, bit light on with the main portion size but great flavours and I loved the fit out - white-washed walls, wooden tables and chairs, big chrome lights and black and white photos on the walls. It as a mellow, relaxing night - great being together for our birthdays.
