Day 66 + 67 - Unpack and repack

Spent these 2 days washing, skyping family and friends, downloading photos, updating the blog, and walking into Farnham town for shopping.  I had every intention of going for a swim to help my back but my ears are playing up so don’t want to risk and ear infection as 6 more plane trips in the next 2 weeks (cheaper to fly to Turkey via somewhere in Europe than direct).
I cooked a yummy caramelised pork with Chinese 5 spice broth (including noodles and asian greens one night for dinner), got the thumbs up from both Olly and Pat.
On late Wednesday afternoon I was all packed for Turkey, so headed via public transport to London to catch up with my friend Al, and stay the night.  She took me out to a great place called Duke of Cambridge Organic Pub (more popular now because this is Prince William’s new title) for dinner and a couple of beers.  We caught up on travels since we last saw each other 6 weeks ago (me to Warrington, the Royal Wedding and Ireland) and Al to Egypt.  Al really wants to take some holidays so might come and join me end June/start of July for 3 weeks for my trip to Slovenia, Croatia, and then Belgium (she is good friends with Choc and Koen in Belgium).  Hopefully it pans out, would be brilliant having a travel buddy.
